Legacy Healthcare Solutions is a community-based resource company rooted in the dreams of those we serve—reaching like branches of an oak to heights of accomplishment and achievement. For over 25 years we have been committed to connecting people in need to resources that enhance their quality of life and break down challenges impacting that quality as they confront life-altering healthcare issues.  We are leaders in providing healthcare, advocacy, and resource support for people across the lifespan, with an emphasis on clients in the Chicagoland area.  It is now with grateful hearts that we bring these connections to you!!

What We Do

LHS provides a comprehensive resource network, including direct rehabilitation services, a website network, and a forum to share stories to which people with physical disabilities and those who care for them can come to identify resources within their communities or specified area of need.  We seek to support those facing new or long-standing physical disabilities or challenges with strategies to optimize their quality of life.  LHS provides exceptional, meaningful, and current resources and supports for individuals across the lifespan in targeted areas.

Our Mission

To further support this vision, we have made a commitment within our own workforce to hire people with physical disabilities. Those employees search for the best resources worldwide to share with you on the LHS website.  We also support our vision through scholarships provided by the LHS Foundation, which benefit those who live with physical disabilities, those who help care for them, and those who have experienced violence.  We are rooted in a mission to provide resources for those with physical disabilities, and, like the mighty Oak, reach through our products and services to enhance the futures of those we serve.

Take Action:

Approximately 54 million individuals (20% of U.S. population) of all ages, races, ethnicities, socioeconomic status and educational attainment in the United States live with at least one disability.
